On Tools and Hardware

Some people ask us about the database behind TeamDesk, the language it is programmed etc. Well, it's not a secret...

  • The servers are Dell Poweredge;
  • The database is Microsoft SQL Server 2005 x64 edition;
  • The computers are Dell Inspiron notebooks;
  • Backend programmed in C# using Microsoft Visual Studio 2005;
  • Customers supported via CRMdesk;
  • Bug and Issue tracking performed in BUGtrack;
  • Sales Management is done in TeamDesk as well as variety of internal projects;
  • And we fly Lama V3 Helicopter in the office :)

Migration to x64 Platform

We are going to migrate to the x64 platform during the weekend. TeamDesk users may experience short interruption of the service and may be asked to re-enter their credentials after the migration.

Idea Exchange

If you are a customer, suggestions seem to drop into a black hole. "We want this" is usually answered by "We'll put in an enhancement request", and that is the last you hear about that until we implement your idea if any. We want to convert this into a dialogue between the product team and the customers.

Idea Exchange allows customers to suggest new product concepts, promote favorite enhancements, interact with product team and other customers, and preview what we are planning to deliver.
